Who is responsible
Jetstream Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation (file number 10419829), is responsible for personal information collected through jetstream.co and its member and operator application forms. What we collect
Member applicants provide their first name, last name, email address, phone number and how often they fly private. Operator applicants provide their operator name, contact name, contact email, phone number and primary operating country. We also record the application type, submission time, originating page and versions of the notices displayed. Our hosting and database providers process connection information, such as IP addresses and technical request logs, to deliver and protect the service. The application database does not store your raw IP address; short-lived, pseudonymous rate-limit identifiers help prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use your details to receive and review your application, respond to you and arrange any next steps for early access or operator onboarding. Where UK or EEA data protection law applies, our basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract and our legitimate interests in managing applications and protecting the website. We may also use information to meet a legal obligation. The required fields help us identify and contact you; without them we cannot process the application. Flight frequency helps us understand member requirements. This form does not enrol you in unrelated marketing, and we do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.
Who can access it
Applications are available to authorised personnel who manage applications for Jetstream Technologies Inc. Framer hosts the website, and Supabase provides the application database and submission service. These providers and their infrastructure providers process information to operate and secure those services. We may disclose information if lawfully required or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell application information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Applying does not send your details to aircraft operators or create a flight booking.
Where it is processed
Jetstream Technologies Inc. is incorporated in the United States, and the application database is hosted in the United States. Our service providers may also process information in other countries. Where UK or EEA data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the applicable transfer arrangements must protect your information. How long we keep it
Website application records are automatically removed after 12 months. If you later become a customer or operator partner, information needed for that separate relationship is handled under the notices and retention rules provided for that service. Pseudonymous submission rate-limit records are removed within 48 hours. Infrastructure logs and backups have separate provider retention cycles; they are used for service operation, security and recovery, rather than ongoing application review.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, or restrict or object to certain uses. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You can ask us to withdraw your application at any time by emailing info@jetstream.co. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity, and some rights have legal exceptions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or the relevant EEA authority.
Cookies, security and children
Optional Google Analytics measures page visits, approximate region and device information, engagement, membership views and application steps after you allow analytics. Optional Meta Pixel measures website visits and saved applications after you allow marketing. These providers receive technical connection information, including your IP address, and may process data internationally. We do not send application names, email addresses, phone numbers, operating countries or form answers to these tools. Optional tags stay off until you choose; you can withdraw consent through Your Privacy Choices. Global Privacy Control and saved advertising opt-outs disable marketing. Consent preferences are retained in this browser for up to 180 days. Applying does not require optional tracking. Form details remain in the page’s memory while you complete the form; we do not save unfinished application details to browser storage. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to serve and secure the website. Submitted applications are sent over HTTPS and are not publicly readable. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Applications are intended for adults aged 18 or over; please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information. On Download & Join, an optional personalized preview uses GeoJS to estimate your area from your public IP address and choose an example city. GeoJS and its Cloudflare infrastructure receive the connection request. We use the city result only in page memory, do not request GPS permission, and do not add your IP address or location to the application database. This is contextual interface personalization, not targeted advertising. Global Privacy Control disables the lookup; you can also turn it off through Your Privacy Choices. New York remains the default when personalization is off, the estimate is too broad or the service is unavailable. Your browser stores only your privacy and personalization preferences; clearing browser storage removes them. GeoJS privacy information is available at https://www.geojs.io/privacy/.
Updates and contact
This notice covers the website and its application forms. A future app, booking, support chat or payment service will have further privacy information before you use it.
