Applying for access
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details that you are entitled to share. If applying for an operator, you must be authorised to represent it. Submission records your request for consideration; it does not guarantee approval, membership, app availability, operator onboarding, a launch date or a particular response time. No account, subscription, paid commitment or flight booking is created, and no payment is taken through these forms. A receipt confirms that your application has been saved, not that it has been approved. You may withdraw or correct an application by contacting us.
Future membership activation
Applying for early access is free and does not start a subscription. If access is offered, you will receive an invitation to review the available plan, benefits, full recurring price, taxes and membership terms before choosing whether to activate. Membership billing will start only when you explicitly subscribe and access is activated. Charter flights are charged separately. See our Membership policy and Subscription & Refund Policy for the intended launch arrangements; paid memberships are not yet sold through this website.
Product previews and availability
The website introduces Jetstream and includes app previews. Homepage opportunity totals and category counts are drawn from current-dated, supplier-advertised listings in our inventory feed, which refreshes every three minutes. The website checks for updates every 30 seconds. These are advertised opportunities requiring operator confirmation, not live aircraft positions or an offer to supply a flight. Recently confirmed counts distinct current listings with a recorded operator availability confirmation in the last 24 hours. Figures are temporarily unavailable when the feed cannot be reached or is stale. Destination listings indicate the locations featured by Jetstream; they do not guarantee aircraft or service availability. App Store and Google Play buttons currently open the early-access application form. Features, coverage and availability may change before or after launch.
Flights and operator relationships
Jetstream introduces a technology service for discovering charter opportunities. Jetstream Technologies Inc. is not an air carrier and does not operate aircraft. Charter flights are priced and paid for separately from membership. Any future flight booking, payment, operator relationship or cancellation arrangement will be subject to the terms provided at that stage. References to qualified clients, fixed routes or a ten-minute cancellation window describe the intended product workflow; they do not create a booking or cancellation right through this website.
Acceptable use and ownership
Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, submit information without authority, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or use the forms for spam. Website content, branding and software are protected by intellectual-property rights owned by Jetstream Technologies Inc. or the respective rights holders. You may view and use the website for its intended purposes; no ownership or licence to reproduce branding commercially is transferred.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information may change and access may be interrupted. Please confirm availability and commercial terms directly before making travel arrangements. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Privacy, changes and applicable law
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle applications and website information. We may update these website terms prospectively by posting a new dated version; any separate agreement already made with you is governed by its own terms. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections or any right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
